Visibility From Zilch: Two Months In
For coaches, therapists, teachers and changeworkers with a message to share.

Two months ago, I started an experiment.

I wanted to find out what it actually takes to get visible from a standing start in 2026. Not theory. Not guru advice. Real signal from doing the thing.

So I picked up my phone, recorded a video straight to camera, and started posting daily on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.

My business partner Andrea tracked the data, researched what works on each platform, and helped me use AI to amplify the signal while keeping it fully human.

Two months and over 200,000 views later (literally), here's what I've discovered.

The thing that's stopping most coaches, therapists and changeworkers from getting visible isn't technical. It's not the algorithm. It's not the platform. It's not which app to use.

It’s a much more subtle and insidious force.

The reason they're not getting visible is fear.

Sometimes that fear is obvious. I'm afraid of being seen. I'm afraid of being criticized. I'm afraid of getting it wrong.

Sometimes it shows up more subtly. I'd get my message out there if I knew what my message was. If I knew who it was for. If I felt more confident in how I'm saying it.

But here's the thing. That's a set of problems for a bygone age. It doesn't count today.

Because we're in a new world.Β 

A world where signal is EVERYTHING.
